Daily Schedule
7:30 am – Yoga & Meditation: Begin your day with an invigorating yoga and meditation session led by expert instructors.
9:30 am – Breakfast: Enjoy a wholesome vegetarian breakfast made with fresh, organic ingredients.
11:30 am – Optional Daily Activity/Workshops* : Choose from a variety of enriching experiences such as visiting an elephant sanctuary, hiking a nature trail, creating pottery, making Lanna desserts, or engaging in mindfulness art therapy.
1:00 pm – Lunch & Free Time: Savor a delicious vegetarian meal, then relax and unwind as you please.
4:00 pm – Afternoon Yoga & Meditation: Recenter yourself with a calming yoga and meditation session to end the day on a peaceful note.
6:30 pm – Dinner: Relish a nutritious vegetarian dinner in the company of like-minded individuals.
8:00 pm – Free Time: Reflect on the day or simply relax in our serene environment.
Arrival begins at 3:00 pm, and departure concludes by 11:00 am.
